I was very excited to read about Bread Proofing machine and to learn about the contest to win one. I’ve been trying to make a sourdough starter for the past 3 weeks or so, and have been really struggling to find a place in my apartment that stays warm throughout the day.
I would love to have this proofer so I called finally get a decent rise out of this sourdough bread!!!
