Wet Rye Dough

I have followed the video for the Artisisan Rye and the finaldough is very wet & sticky unlike the dough in the video. Any suggestions?

You could work 1/4 cup more flour into the dough (make it bread flour or all purpose flour if you want less sticky). The rye dough is famously sticky :slight_smile: Here’s more info and some tips for handling it during shaping.
