Bread mistake

I made the classic Artisan from the Sourdough cookbook for beginners I sat it in a covered bowl for supposedly 8-12 hours. I forgot it and it sat for 17 hours. It is gooey. Can it be saved??

You can try shaping it tight and doing only a 30 minute final proof (while your oven and baking vessel preheats) or you can turn it into focaccia or bake it in a loaf pan.
