There are days when I feel like freshly baked bread but don’t want to the the time and effort to make sourdough. Then I resort to a yeasted loaf. This is a whole wheat loaf made with Red Fife wheat milled in our Mockmill 200. It has a touch of wildflower honey from Keez Beez in the Florida Keys. It came out pretty tasty for a loaf started at 9:00am and out of the oven at 12:30pm.
