How are the 5 gallon buckets of wheat berries packed? Are the wheat berries in a sealed mylar bag in the bucket? I purchased a bucket of einkorn wheat berries from breadtopia and have not yet opened it. I want to be sure that i can leave it “as is” for long term storage, or do i need to open it and repackage the wheat in mylar with an oxygen absorber and put back in the bucket?
