What to do with extra bran & germ?

I milled and sifted hard red wheat. I’m using the sifted lighter portion in dough, along with an unsifted whole grain portion.
Now I have this extra bran / germ. I ran it through the mill again. Both times on the finest setting.
Looking for ideas, people’s experience, using that in other recipes. I could add it to other doughs, cereals, baked goods.
