Twisted Spinach Bread

It was very tasty. My eldest son had eaten all the outside including most of the marinara sauce leaving just the middle section and very little left over marinara sauce was just enough for use with middle section that he left for me.

Haha so kind to leave you a bit of it. Satisfying when the kids love what we cook though! I made a bunch of marinara today to freeze. I used a 90 ounce can of whole peeled tomatoes and it still doesn’t seem like enough.

Thank you, sooo Much! For this recipe and your technique. I made this for the first time. Substituted Kale for spinach. First time working with the high protein Kamut flour also.
Not as pretty as yours. I’ll work on that.
Was the Fav at our cook out gathering.
Served with my homemade marinara sauce.

Delicious! I finally had a chance to make Twisted Spinach Bread. I used 150 g Turkey Red, 85 g White Kamut, 65 g Tipo 00 flours. I want to experiment with the filling. Nowadays 16 oz frozen spinach is not so common.

Oh, and Twisted Spinach would be a great name from a rock band.
