When I give away some sourdough starter (yes, I’m a sourdough pusher), I also email them “The Sourdough Email” which includes an instruction sheet, my favorite recipes (including yours) AND the link to breadtopia.com – everything a newbie needs.
I am thankful for my Breadtopia sourdough starter; which makes me look like a master baker. I’m not, honest, the starter is just REALLY active. I love it!
