I received your starter, fed it a few days and used it to make a cranberry, walnut cinnamonswirl bread for Sunday. Worked like a charm, I could eat the whole darn thing! I mill all my grain so all breads are whole grain. This one I used hard white winter wheat. Great starter, it worked so well.
