Spongy Bread - No Knead, Expected?

Hi,

Have just recently started making bread and made a few boules of no knead. I also made a Sourdough starter and made two boules of no knead Sourdough. Thanks for recipes!

General question, my bread seems to be spongier than what I would get at store (even what we’d consider good loaf of sourdough). Is that typical of No Knead or am I missing something along way.

I’ve been baking my bread in a pottery bowl we got that came with a bread recipe (for lack of hacing cloche, dutch oven) and I’ve been heating the pottery bowl ain oven as oven preheats
