Lateley when I feed my starter the appearance of hooch is speedy. For example, yesterday I discarded a lot of starter and fed as usual 1:1 with one cup flour and water. Put it in the frig and this morning there is hooch? Should I be discarding more starter before I feed? The starter is about 6 months’ old and this is a recent occurrence. Would love some advice and feedback.
