Sourdough Muffins w/raisins

1 ½ C AP flour ~ 180g
½ C Whole wheat flour ~ 56g
½ C melted lard, butter etc. ~ 113g
1 t salt ~ 7g
1 t baking soda ~ 3g

Optional: add 1 t cinnamon more or less based on taste

½ C milk ~ 70g
1 egg ~ 35g
½ C sugar ~ 100g
1 C chopped raisins
½ C SD starter ~ 121g

Grease muffin pan, Mix dry - Mix wet then combine with dry.
Fill cups to ¾ for each muffin
Bate at 350º for 25 min or until internal temp is over 196
Cool completely
