I didn’t find any such recipe here on our Breadtopia site but I did find these online:

I would imagine you can leave out the olives in this above recipe if you didn’t want to use olives.
This recipe above uses both commercial yeast and sourdough. If you’re looking for a bread using sourdough only, it may not be what you’re looking for.
This recipe above is quite involved but does look delicious.
