Seasoning blend for sourdough bread

I have been baking the No Knead Artisan Sourdough Bread for a while now and have added a homemade German bread seasoning blend. It takes the flavour to another level. I grind 2 tbsp of each fennel seeds, caraway seeds, anise seeds, coriander seeds. After grinding these I add 3/4 tbsp ground cardamom to the mix.
I add a heaped tsp of this mix to the flour. (depending on personal preference you can always use more or less of the mix). Enjoy.
