I’m glad you enjoyed the recipe! I agree that an assembly line of helpers would be ideal. For tortillas and dumplings too…probably @joesterreicher 's peirogis as well lol.

I can relate to the sticky dough: for my second batch I spaced out and added 1/3 cup of water three times. Then I had to add a lot of flour but the dough was stuck all over my fingers and food processor.

The pinch of salt is a good idea. I may try that next time.
