I had a craving for some Pretzels so I made some. The salt I used was Celtic Sea Salt (Light Grey Celtic). The pretzels had a prefect level of salting. I will keep using this salt for when I make Pretzels again.

It will be blue in colour when stamped on to paper bags. This was done in preparation for fundraising event in fall at work so my co-workers know which products I have baked.
I dip in 3.8 % lye solution for 10 seconds and bake with true convection on pizza tiles at 430 F and 85-75 gram pretzels are baked for 14-18 minutes. Depends on oven. Mine where done at 18 minutes.
