it was a 70% hydration dough, can’t remember the salt and yeast levels off the top of my head but I did write them down at home. Bread making is pretty fun

watched a fair amount of youtube videos before I actually made a loaf, this was the 3rd loaf I tried making and I love baking so far. Made cinnamon rolls this weekend that turned out pretty good, baking is definitely going to help me maintain this lovely gut I have going
