My Seeded Sour Loaf

I saw this recipe in the No Knead Variations portion of the Forum and had to give it a try. I’ve got a couple things to work on but overall I was very satisfied. Will be doing it again, sooner rather than later.

@sdivecliff, that looks fabulous! I’ve been thinking of baking a seeded sour loaf too. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet, LOL!

You did, @sdivecliff! I’m going to have to put “seeded sourdough” back on my “need to bake” list, LOL! I was definitely intrigued by it when I saw Eric’s video but since my husband doesn’t care for seeded anything I decided to hold off baking it. As it turns out, I now have to bake him separate breads anyway for medical reasons so I really don’t have that “excuse” anymore. Of course there’s the issue of needing all the seeds, LOL!

I’m just the opposite, a seeded anything freak. Go bulk on the seeds, you’ll save a lot of money! As Eric mentioned, you’ll have a lot left over. I think I’ve got enough left to do another loaf.
