This is my first sourdough loaf. It was so wet and tough that I didn’t think it would turn out. But it tastes great. It’s chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The holes inside aren’t worth bragging about but they are bigger than store bought bread.

My second loaf didn’t turn out quite as well. It stuck to my banneton when I was getting it out and deflated.
