First, I’ve got to say that I love the Mockmill 100! I’ve noticed that some people have posted about milling Durum in their Mockmill. However, I noticed the user manual does not mention Durum as a grain that is recommended for the Mockmill. Does anyone know why that is? For those of you milling Durum, are you milling it fine?
I mill Durum with my Mockmill all the time. It’s just another wheat - not an issue at all.
