Graham flour

Hi! Ive had the Mock Mill 100 for about a year, and have a question. Is it possible to make graham flour at home? How would I do it? Searching online has only resulted in how to grind wheat berries.

I read that it’s moderate protein wheat that’s been ground coarsely and not sifted, so I would use hard red winter wheat, spelt, turkey red, or red fife and mill not at the finest setting.
