Gluten free bread flour question

I wonder if someone can tell me what’s in the AF fiber blend (all natural, non-GMO vegetable fiber) in Breadtopia’s gluten-free bread flour? My friend’s son is allergic to many many things, including beans. Not sure if this flour would be OK for him? Thank you.

Thank you! My friend’s son can’t have anything made with legumes or nuts, or dairy. Poor guy has a very restricted diet, I appreciate your checking!
