Lately we’ve been having some trouble delivering email to people because the IP address of our mail server has been getting blocked by an anti-spam company. When we reached out to them about it, one of the sources of problematic emails that people were marking as SPAM was some of the mailings that our forum sends out.
So three things:

We’ve turned off the default setting on the forum that sends out summaries of forum activity if you haven’t visited in a while.

At the bottom of every email that the forum sends you, there is a button or a link that you can click to unsubscribe from getting those kind of emails in the future. Please do use that button if you are ever getting email from us that you’d rather not get - we won’t have our feelings hurt.

The forum has a whole bunch of email and notification preferences that you can set up so it’s not sending you stuff you don’t want and is sending you stuff you do want. You can get to those settings by clicking on your little avatar in the upper right hand corner of the forum and choosing the little person icon and then “Preferences”
Then you can set up your email and other notifications how you like them:
