First Sourdough

I’m late to the Tartine method party, but man does it make good bread! I began growing a starter about 10 days ago and finally felt it was strong enough to bake some loaves. It did not disappoint! I’ve got a nutrimill harvest on its way to me and now i’m even more excited to experiment with home milled flours. I’d love to hear any suggestions for what to try first :slightly_smiling_face:
