I’m curious if this waffle mix will keep in the refrigerator and if so, how long?

Hello everyone here. I have a kinda stupid question but I don’t know where else I can ask it. So, I really wanna make some waffles, but unfortunately, I don’t have a waffle iron. Though I have a grill (like this one) that looks for me pretty similar to an iron. So the question is can I use it to make waffles?
