I tried out this recipe yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with the final product! Good, easy recipe for a beginner baker such as myself.

I always feel like “a deer in the headlights” when asked my favorite anything! I love baking many sourdough things … I do like natural leavening: the process is simple, but naturally much slower and that just fits with how I choose to live. And I think I love the process as much, if not more than the end products, although I do love all types of bread
