Hello, I’ve switched to Jovial Einkorn for healthier bread. I would like to bake sandwich bread for my son’s school lunches. Tortillas also, for wraps, etc. I’m looking for recipes or modifications I need to make with a normal recipe. I use the Jovial All Purpose flour. Thank you.

Here are some 100% einkorn whole grain recipes. Because you’re using AP einkorn, your flour has less bran and will be less thirsty. You could try these recipes but reduce the liquid by 10-20%.
