My family very thoughtfully and generously gifted me an Anova Precision Oven for Christmas, specifically with bread baking in mind. Unfortunately, I’m not finding it to be the most intuitive thing I’ve ever used and the directions are not very good.
Operating the oven was not as straightforward as one might think and, while the bread came out pretty well, it did not go at all as described. I’d appreciate the opportunity to ask some questions of another user if there happens to be one on this forum. Thanks!
