Is there a trick to this, or is it silly to try? It looked so cool until the Oven Spring made it crazy lol. I seem to only have good success with the cross lookswise. I’m certian it will still fantastic, but looking to make different designs for fun. Here’s my last two from tonight. KA No Knead recipe which I adore.

I think it looks good! If you want less oven spring then final proof longer.
