This is my trial, i was afraid of the 50% wholewheat but everything went fine.
i roasted the walnuts, but did not soak the cranberries.

@altafkw Looks yummy…A few questions ?
What hydration level did you use ?
How much cranberries ? Walnuts ?
Can you describe the taste that the cranberries bring to the sourdough and nuts ? (sweet ? tart/sweet ? not sweet ?

THANKS
thank you, and to answer your your questions:
-the recipe suggested 400g water, i stoped at 380.
-i cut down the inclusions to 80g for each (walnuts /cranberries).
- in general the inclusions gave the bread a unique characteristic, my cranberries where medium sweet with a slight tartness, but they were super moist after baking!
-i used 50% whole wheat flour for a heartier bread.
i hope the info helps.
@altafkw - thanks for the detail. I assume a total flour amount around 500 grams? ( I was asking about the hydration level so I can calculate the total flour)
Yes 500g flour.
