What size proofing/storage bucket do I need for a 1000g dough?
@cathrynk Off the top of my head I would think you would need the 6qt size proofing/storage bucket for a 1000g dough. Of course, I’m assuming it’s the amount of flour you’re describing and that amount of dough is for possibly 2 loaves of bread at one time. The smaller 2qt sized buckets are for a more average dough where the flour component weighs around 300-500g for a single loaf. I hope that helps.
