Just a quick question - can you make several passes with milled flour through a Mockmill 200? The flour after the first pass is a little bit grainy, and I wasn’t sure if I could just run it through again for it to be a little bit finer - thanks!
Yes. Of course you can.
I routinely ‘double mill’ my whole wheat berries, and do so back to back, without any waiting. I do the first pass on a medium setting, then grind again on the finest setting possible. Doing this I find I can get a product I’m happy with, without having to sift out the bran.
