I stumbled upon a great podcast that can be downloaded from Apple called Modernist Breadcrumbs. There are 16 episodes of around 45 min each, focused on different aspects of bread history, grain agriculture, baking techniques, breads of many cultures, on and on. Its fantastic and just the thing to listen to while we are all spending more time at home or just going for walks with our headphones.
