I am looking at the oblong one and the breadtopia brand which is not banneton and slightly different dimensions. which one is best for the long covered baker? I am currently proofing them in the cLy baker covers using parchment paper THEN transfer and bake it in the heated bottom of the long cover baker . It works but is a bit tricky. Just wondering what you are all using with your clay baker? what works best for you? thank you
