Baker's couche

Hi there, discovered mold on my baker’s couche. Should I just throw them away now? Seems like you can’t wash them, without altering the performance of them.

I don’t have experience with this, but I’d be likely to soak the fabric in vinegar and then spread it out in direct sunlight for a good while. It will either be restored or need to be replaced.

I’d like to know as well. I worry that my couche will develop mold despite trying to scrap excess flour off after use and allowing it to dry.
Any ideas guys?
