Hello, everyone.
I need your help. I have an interview this coming Thursday and I would love to bring some bread to the team as my sacrest contribution.
The fact is that I won’t have time to prepare the levain ahead of time, due to travelling, nor should I get up early to check the sourdough, etc. So would any of you had an easy recipe of a basic whole wheat bread?
Instant Yiest will be fine this time.
