I used 245 grains of Rye and 245 grains of Boils hard spring wheat with 400 grains of water.
The recipe used molasses ,zest of one orange and spices.

One of my all time favourite ryes. Looks delicious.
I once replaced some of the water for orange marmalade. Can’t remember how much but i think about 20g. Also used date molasses. Turned out fantastic.
That looks fantastic! You’ve mastered this artisan rye in 100% whole grain form. I bet it tastes great.
