Any good uses for a sourdough loaf that failed to rise?

I got a little impatient and baked too soon. Result was the usual flying saucer. I’m sure the flavor is fine just wondering if others have innovative recipes for using the ufo of the baking world.

Slice and dry it out, then food process, for bread crumbs
Cube, season and re-bake for croutons
Slice thin and re-bake for crackers
French toast sticks
Besam (chickpea flour) toast Besan bread toast recipe on tawa under 15 minutes | Bread toast recipe
re-name it “closed-crumb focaccia” :wink:
