My anniversary was this weekend, so I decided to get out my Ooni Volt and make a couple quick pies. I am still very much learning this oven, as it is the first cooker I’ve used that relies on electricity for its fuel. That said, I think the pizzas turned out okay for a same day naturally leavened dough - I didn’t get any complaints from my wife or our dogs!
