Love your Breadtopia site. There doesn’t seem to be much about baking Sourdough Bread here in Australia. I find your videos and hints and tips fabulous. I bought one of your baking books, unfortunately my daughter who lives in Des Moines, has failed to send it to me. That will soon be remedied as we are finally planning a visit in August. A visit to your shop is a must also.

Plenty of recipes and topics dealing with both sourdough and yeasted breads.
