Zucchini Sourdough Bread


Love this recipe. Of course, I messed with it a bit. Rye starter. Don’t have a microwave so cooked on a stovetop but I used the zucchini water instead of the water (a couple of blocks of ice cause I’m impatient by nature) and a bit of molasses (see: impatient by nature). Did a bit of a cheat proof. It came out with great holes and tastes amazing with Cream Cheese which is my go-to because unlike butter, it’s enough.
