What was your last bread of 2019?

I made this bread from my starter called “Fluffy.” I’m fairly new to making sourdough bread. I started my starter in October and am loving it.

I was just making Challah but I found a variation I never noticed before. So, I made something called Dinner Challah. Started with 26 inch 3 plait braid. Coiled it into a 9 inch springform pan. Beautiful.

On December 30 I made baguettes with the recipe from The Bread Bible (Rose Levy Beranbaum).
