Using cast iron Dutch oven for baking

Am using Breadtopia’s recipe for Original No Knead Sourdough Bread and want to bake using one of my cast iron Dutch ovens. I have a 3quart size and a 5quart size. Which size should I use? Thanks!

I think that the final dough weight is over 1 kg. I would use the 5 quart size myself.

Thank you for the advice! I have never made bread before, much less sourdough bread. My live starter arrived a couple of days ago, fed it as instructed and it rose like a champ out on my S.C. screened porch where the thermometer read a balmy 78 degrees F and 78% humidity. Can’t wait to get baking😎!!
