I have a nutritional question! I recently purchased your sourdough starter and I love it. However, does anyone know about the chemical process, nutritionally, if I add baking soda to some of my recipes to cut the sourness? I don’t want to stop any type of chemical process that is so nutritionally healthy by adding the baking soda.
