The live starter is not very sour

Hi everybody,

I made my own starter for the longest time but was never very fond of the teste or how little it made my bread dough rise. As I was satisfied with every product that I bought from Breadtopia so far, I gave the live starter a try. It rises well in the jar but still not so good when added to my half rye - half wheat full grain dough - no difference to my old home-made starter. I am also disappointed with the very neutral taste, which is actually less sour than my own starter. What does starter does the community recommend for somebody like me who really likes a sour taste in a sourdough?
