Thanks for being part of the home baking renaissance. I think together we are learning from each other and all contributing to being the best home bread bakers the world has know up to know. We are getting basics down like keep the hydration up a bit, don’t over work the dough, use fold and stretch, slap and stretch. And now innovating and experimenting like crazy. And one out of every thousand innovations will produce something worthy copying and building.
