I’m looking for recommendations on a new bread book. I love Jeff Hamelman’s book: Bread and have exhausted many of the recipes. I’m venturing into spelt sourdough and am wondering if any books or blogs explore spelt in depth.

I have the impression that there’s a fair amount of spelt in the recipes in Sarah C. Owens’ book Sourdough
But I don’t believe it’s an in-depth exploration of the wheat variety. @anon44372566 has mentioned a few spelt-containing recipes from it though.
I make this bread often, with regular and sprouted spelt.
