Soo excited about my FIRST artisan bread!

I am so excited to finally get my first artisan bread baked! Loved the equipment I got from Breadtopia and I followed everything Eric suggested from making the sourdough starter to completing Eric’s Sourdough Rye bread recipe! Everything worked like a charm!! LOVE YOUR bread baking site! I will be ordering more stuff and trying more recipes!!! BTW I didn’t have rice flour for the proofing basket so I used some tapioca flour I had on hand. It seemed to work pretty well!
