Small loaf of Rye with caraway

This is a little simple loaf with sourdough rye starter, rye and white bread flour flour with caraway seeds. Made a nice flavoured bread. Left in on the counter for 12 hours then baked it in the oven for 30 minutes. Brushed the top with a little butter, prior to baking. Not much left in the picture.


@GregT, it looks yummy! I’m guessing that’s why there isn’t much left in the picture, LOL!
