I like what I read about Rofco Bread Ovens, enough so that I’d consider purchasing one. What I would like to hear is the level of satisfaction - pros & cons - experienced by present owners/users of Rofco Ovens (and Rofco Proofer). In particular, what is the impact, if any, on owner/user satisfaction with such a small window into the Rofco baking box during baking?
